These terms apply to every tour, excursion, transfer, or service booked with Desert Sahara Morocco Tours, whether requested via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
2. Bookings
A booking request submitted through our site or WhatsApp is a request for a quote, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed the itinerary, price, and dates with you directly.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted per tour, per group, or per person as indicated, and are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on group size, season, and the specific services included.
4. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the tour and how close to departure the cancellation is made; the applicable terms are communicated to you when your booking is confirmed.
We will always try to accommodate reasonable itinerary changes where possible, subject to availability.
5. Your responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport and any required visa, and we recommend taking out travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, and personal belongings.
Please let us know in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility requirements so we can plan your tour accordingly.
6. Liability
Desert Sahara Morocco Tours organises tours using vetted local guides, drivers, and partners, and takes reasonable care in doing so. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, or third-party service failures.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech.
